Brewed my Pliny The Elder clone today. I boiled off more than I expected, so the gravity was a little higher than expected — 1.082, instead of 1.075. Apart from that it went really well.

Bottled today. Got 23 bombers. FG of 1.019. Target was 1.013, but since the OG was high, I wasn't surprised. ABV of 8.5% which is just a skosh high. Aroma was of a glass of grapefruit juice in a pine forest. With two dry hop additions over two weeks, what do you expect? Flavor was out of this world! Gretchen and I were ready to drink it flat with no conditioning. I'm really looking forward to this one.
